Web Designer/Front End Developer

Intercross is growing and we’re searching for a new interactive team member. This individual will design and develop digital projects – including emails, landing pages and more. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn with other highly talented designers and developers and take on as much responsibility as you can handle.

In this role, you will create email campaigns for a wide range of global brands, so a knowledge of email coding standards and testing is preferred, but not required. If you’re not an expert at HTML/CSS, we can help bring you up to speed on the email HTML standards as well as the process of email render testing.

We’re searching for someone that enjoys the advantages of working in a smaller agency. Our culture is unique in the agency world – we operate a positive, supportive, highly ethical environment. We have high expectations of our work and never settle for second best. This approach builds long-term loyalty with our Fortune 500 clients and motivates us to continually improve our work.

Sometimes you’ll just create the design. Other times you’ll code them per our clients’ specifications. You’ll always contribute your knowledge of best practices, and stay current on continually changing technologies.
