We celebrate women every day – not just on International Women's Day.

In the U.S., 14 million women-owned businesses generated $2.7 trillion in revenue in 2023. Of these, 15 thousand are certified women-owned businesses through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).1 At Intercross, we’re proud to be a small part of each of these statistics. In fact, our staff is 65% women.

According to Forbes, women-owned businesses tend to be highly resilient and adaptable.2 We can certainly agree with that, having navigated the switch to remote work at the beginning of the pandemic seamlessly and faster than many of our competitors.

Women bring a different perspective and different type of leadership to business. And research shows that women frequently lead companies to higher profitability, safer work environments and better customer experience levels.3

As we recognize International Women’s Day, we celebrate all of the women in our lives – whether they’re family, friends, coworkers or other business owners.
