- To Enter: Individuals may enter by completing an entry form and submitting it to the BMW Financial Services booth located at the 2026 BMW Championship at the Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, Missourri between August 18-23 no later than 2:45 p.m. local time. Limit one entry per person per day. Limit one prize per person.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to the 2026 BMW Golf Championship attendees that are 18 years of age or older. All employees of BMW Financial Services and Elan Financial Services, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of each such employee are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No purchase necessary.
- Winning: One (1) winner in total will be drawn randomly on August 23, 2025, at or around 3 p.m. Another name will be selected if winner(s) fails to claim the prizes according to these Official Rules.
- Odds: Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- One (1) winner will receive one (1) TaylorMade Qi35Tour Staff Bag. Total ARV of prize: $399.99. No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted. Federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the prize, including tax liability, if any, and to the use of prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner. If the same person’s name is drawn more than one time, the subsequent draw is disqualified and another entry will be drawn.
- Notification of Winners: Winners from this drawing will be announced at BMW Championship on August 23, 2026, at or around 3 p.m. If the winner is not present, does not respond to a text message regarding the prize drawing by 3:30 p.m., or responds to the message but does not claim the prize by 4:30 p.m., Sponsor reserves the right to select another name. Sponsor reserves the right to not award one or more prize(s) if winner(s) do not timely claim the prizes.
- Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: (i) to the Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and the judges, which shall be final in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless BMW Financial Services, Elan Financial Services and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Releasees”) from all liability claims or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway and their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; (iii) by acceptance of a prize, to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in all media without compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law; and (iv) by providing their mobile number they agree to receive one or more text messages in connection with this giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any entries that do not conform with these Official Rules.
- Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or ineligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway at any time with or without notice to entrants if fraud, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or any other matter compromises the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
